Supporting you in everyday life, emotional wellbeing, and community connection.
I offer support to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants who are seeking gentle, consistent guidance in their day-to-day life — particularly around emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and social engagement.
My services are client-led and trauma-aware, with a focus on increasing independence, wellbeing, and connection to community. Sessions are tailored to each individual and delivered either in-person or via telehealth, depending on your preferences and goals.
Who I Support
I work with participants who experience:
Anxiety, depression, or overwhelm in community settings
Emotional regulation difficulties
Neurodivergence (including ASD and ADHD)
Psychosocial disabilities, including schizophrenia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions
Social isolation, withdrawal, or difficulty engaging with others
Desire for a supportive, structured space to explore personal growth
Disconnection, low confidence, or challenges in making decisions independently
